My Leadership Philosophy

As a DePaul Leadership Scholar, I have engaged in various leadership positions throughout my college career. I strongly believe in upholding the values of Socially Responsible Leadership and taking seriously the perspectives of others. As a leader, I take full responsibility for the repercussions of my actions while maintaining a commitment to the social wellbeing of my community. Collaborating with other individuals is essential for creating a healthy and successful work environment.
